So many of us believe that once we lose weight and have a good body then this will equate to happiness and so we take up our quest by heading straight to the gym and eating salad. Exercise and nutrition are of course hugely important and the form the bulk of what PCHF specialises in but exercise and nutrition are only part of what it takes to get you to where you want to be.

After so much experience in seeing what can make people succeed or fail in the gym, plus continuous assessment of his own mental health, Paul realised that we can physically train our bodies to the level of elite athletes but unless we are truly happy then any physical gains are often short term.

As PCHF is all about the ‘long game’ and our company strap line is “Fit, Healthy, Happy” we want to help you be all of these for the rest of your life. If you feel you are struggling with certain issues that the gym can’t fix then counselling offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore them.

With the help of the right people, we believe we can help you become the very best version of yourself.

If you wish to explore counselling a little further please contact our friends at Young Rose Counselling & Psychotherapy who will be able to answer any questions you may have.
